These terms apply to your use of this page (acad-phdnursing.pages.dev) and to the free counselling and admission advisory services offered through it by Acadient Private Limited (“Acadient”, “we”, “us”). By using this page or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this page.

1. Who we are

Acadient is an independent admissions advisory firm. We are not a university and we do not award degrees. The PhD in Nursing and its specializations shown on this page are offered, assessed and awarded only by the university, as per University Grants Commission (UGC) regulations.

2. Our services

We provide:

• free counselling on PhD in Nursing programmes and their entry requirements;
• help choosing a suitable university and specialization;
• guidance on preparing and submitting your application to the university;
• research methodology workshops and mock viva practice, where agreed in writing.

The scope, timeline and fee of any paid service are confirmed with you in writing before you pay.

3. What we do not do

• We do not write, or arrange for anyone else to write, any part of your thesis, dissertation, assignments, research papers or examinations. You are responsible for authoring 100% of your own academic work.
• We do not guarantee admission, grades, thesis approval, viva outcome, publication or the award of a degree. These decisions are made only by the university.
• We do not sell degrees, certificates or titles.

4. Universities, fees and recognition

You apply to and enroll directly with the university. Programme names, specializations, entry requirements, duration, mode of study and tuition fees are set by the university and may change. We share the university’s official information with you, but you should confirm the programme’s official title, fees, accreditation and recognition directly with the university before applying.

Admission is decided by the university under UGC PhD regulations, usually through its entrance test and interview. Eligibility generally requires an M.Sc. Nursing (or as specified by the university) and valid registration with a State Nursing Council. Please check the university’s official notification for the exact requirements.

University names and logos on this page belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the institutions.

5. Your responsibilities

• The information and documents you give us must be true, complete and your own.
• You must follow the university’s rules, including its academic integrity and plagiarism policies.
• You are responsible for meeting the university’s deadlines and paying its fees directly to it.

6. Forms and how we contact you

When you submit a form on this page, you agree that Acadient may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry and eligibility. You can ask us to stop at any time by writing to hello@acadient.in. How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Payments and refunds

Counselling through this page is free. Fees for any paid advisory service are agreed in writing before payment. Refunds of Acadient’s fees, where applicable, follow our Refund Policy and the written agreement for that service. University tuition fees are paid to the university and are refunded only under the university’s own refund rules.

8. Reviews and content on this page

Reviews reflect the personal experience of the people who wrote them and are not a promise of any result. Information on this page is for general guidance and may change without notice.

9. Intellectual property

The text, design and graphics of this page belong to Acadient Private Limited unless stated otherwise. You may view them for personal use, but you may not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Acadient is not liable for decisions made by universities, employers or authorities, or for any indirect loss arising from the use of this page. Our total liability for any paid service is limited to the fee you paid to Acadient for that service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh.
